A few poems and blessings (Simon Williams)…

I have written for many years, mainly scrawling on old envelopes. Some undated pieces…

letting go, falling into
here and now, where I land
there I grow
. . .

leaves, breaking down the sound
tree as composition
eyes fall, a sky grows
. . .

Sunset

riding the earth backwards
we watch carefully where we’ve been
and pray blessings for those who follow
as we hurtle into the unknown
. . .

And some wise and helpful words written by my mother in a card one year…

Dear Simon,

Have a special day – one where the whisperings of your soul enable you to think simple thoughts that gently guide you to a place of rest that brings forth the radiant energy of being at one with yourself and the world.

Love Mum (Vicki Williams)
